Positions of responsibility are awarded to children in Years 7 and 8, though lower down the school pupils learn the rudiments of leadership and representation by taking turns as form captain or form representatives on the School Council. The Head of School, Prefects and House Captains have regular meetings with the Headmistress to discuss any issues arising from their roles.
