The family atmosphere of the school is enhanced by the many regular and one-off social occasions for the children, parents and wider Rookesbury community. Parents may join the Friends of Rookesbury Committee which is responsible for organising a number of annual social or fundraising events, but for those who feel unable to make the formal commitment of joining the Friends, a helping hand is always greatly appreciated and is a fine way for new parents to feel more included in the school.
