Each Tuesday after school, some of the children attend a reflexology club with Mrs Gregg, Head of Pre-prep. This session is used to introduce reflexology and the children ware invited to ask questions and find out things about this form of complementary therapy.  Pupils are able to take turns sitting in the ‘client’ chair and to experience the roles of both  practitioner and client.  Basic techniques relaxing the hands and feet are taught and the children are shown how to use “caterpillar walks” on each other.  A calm and relaxing time is enjoyed by all! This is putting the emotional and physical well being of our children right at the top of the list at Rookesbury.   back to list
