We are pleased to inform parents that the Governors of Rookesbury Park School have appointed Erawin Olie as the Headmaster of the school from September 1st 2010. He has played a crucial role in the school as Deputy Head since 2005 and is uniquely placed to enhance all aspects of the provision at Rookesbury Park. His calm enthusiasm and energy, combined with academic integrity and vision are exactly what Rookesbury Park needs at this next stage of its development

Erawin has an excellent academic pedigree (BSC hons at Warwick, PGCE at Swansea and MA(Ed) through the Open University) and vast teaching and management expertise in a wide range of schools. He is truly committed to providing all the children at Rookesbury with an outstanding prep-school experience. Erawin has the unanimous backing of our dedicated and inspiring staff team, who will continue to be a unique strength of the school.

We are also delighted that Erawin will be joined by his wife, Gabriella and their four boys, in the community of the school. Together they will ensure the highest standards of care and development for our day children and continue to improve the outstanding boarding provision.
